My obsession for personal growth and leadership development started over a decade ago when I was fresh out of college and new to the workforce. I was a former aspiring actress, starting a career in casting in New York City. After 3 years of success and career growth in casting, life threw me a curve ball and through a series of events I was back in Texas starting over again in a totally new field of business - Hospitality.
In six years I grew from an entry level administrative assistant to a Director of Learning & Development for the country's largest Hospitality Management company, training rising and seasoned leaders across the country, and building a nationally recognized Women's Leadership association. In 2019, I proudly joined the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a team of coaches, trainers and speakers trained and certified by John Maxwell himself.

My mission with People Warriors is to help companies adopt a proactive approach to leadership development by developing leaders at all levels of their organization, growing strong pipelines of "leadership ready" talent, empower employees to take ownership of their growth and wellness and build highly engaged and highly effective teams.
