We have two massive generations that are underdeveloped, misunderstood, and lack confidence in their leadership abilities, and companies that spend massive amounts of money on training that doesn’t happen soon enough and isn't accessible at or adequate for all levels of leadership.

HI, I'M HEATHER!

My name is Heather Italiano and I am a wife, mother, Millennial and creator of People Warriors. 

My obsession for personal growth and leadership development started over a decade ago when I was fresh out of college and new to the workforce. I was a former aspiring actress, starting a career in casting in New York City. After 3 years of success and career growth in casting, life threw me a curve ball and through a series of events I was back in Texas starting over again from the bottom in a corporate job in a totally new field of business - Hospitality. In 6 years I grew from an entry level administrative assistant to a Director of Learning & Development for the country's largest Hospitality Management company, training rising and seasoned leaders across the country, and building a nationally recognized Women's Leadership association. I also am a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer.

My goal with People Warriors is simple - to add as much value to you as I can. I am excited to connect with you, grow with you, connect you with other awesome People Warriors, and provide you with a platform that gives you the tools, knowledge and network to become exceptional in the areas of your life that matter most.
